Chattanooga, Tenn.-based third-party logistics group is to buy , a Dallas-based third-party warehousing company, it said.

The financial terms of the acquisition will not be disclosed.

Kenco ranks No. 57 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest logistics companies in North America. A year earlier, it ranked No. 61.

Kenco also ranks No. 6 on TT’s list of the top dry storage warehousing companies in North America, with 38.7 million square feet of space and 111 warehouses. The Shippers Group ranks No. 59 on the list with 3.9 million square feet across eight warehouses in Florida, Georgia and Texas.
