J. J. Keller & Associates and McLeod Software said they have partnered to help their shared fleet customers better mge drivers’ hours of service and order planning.

McLeod’s LoadMaster dispatch software now integrates with J. J. Keller’s Encompass fleet management system with electronic logs to automatically retrieve drivers’ HOS information, the companies said Jan. 23 in a joint announcement.

The improved visibility to available driver hours enables fleets to prevent HOS noncompliance, maximize driver utilization and reduce manual data entry, the companies said.

“Incorporating this latest integration for the Encompass platform provides our customers with new opportunities to improve productivity and compliance across their fleets,” said Tom Reader, director of marketing at J. J. Keller.
