FleetPride Inc., an aftermarkdistributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has acquired the assets of aftermarket distributor Heavy Vehicle Parts Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

FleetPride said Monday that the purchase included acquisition of Heavy Vehicle Parts’ 16,000 square foot facility in Odessa, Texas, and an 11,250 square foot facility in Midland, Texas.

FleetPride, based in The Woodlands, Texas, said that with the purchase it now operates 19 locations in the Lone Star State.

“The acquisition strengthens FleetPride’s foothold in the West Texas market,” Mike Paxton, FleetPride’s vice president of business development, said in a statement.
