Filtration material manufacturer Donaldson Co. Inc. appointed Tod Carpenter chairman, effective as of the company’s annual meeting in November. Currently, Carpenter is the Bloomington, Minn.-based company’s president and CEO.

Carpenter will replace non-Executive Chairman Jeffrey Noddle, who will not stand for re-election at the 2017 annual meeting.

Carpenter was appointed to Donaldson’s board in April 2014 and has been its president and CEO since April 2015.
