Jacksonville, Ala.-based Bear MGC Cutlery charged in the Alabama Circuit Court for Calhoun County that Estes Express Lines of Richmond, Va., damaged exposition equipment and product samples while transporting the goods from a trade show in Atlanta back to its headquarters, according to Larry Roberts, a Miami-based attorney representing Estes.
