AIT Worldwide Logistics bought freight forwarder Krupp Trucking for an undisclosed sum, .

AIT ranks No. 35 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest logistics companies in North America.

Krupp specializes in the transportation of high-value goods, with AIT keen to add the company鈥檚 technology logistics sector operations to its portfolio, it said.



St. Louis-based Krupp ships around 2.5 million kilograms of freight each year across multiple U.S. and international air, ocean and road lanes.

The company was previously an independent contractor with Seko Logistics, which ranks No. 47 on the TT 100 logistics list.
